How did I solve the «HTTP 429 Too Many Requests» problem with RubyGems on `./launcher rebuild`?

I have installed the wondershaper script to temporary decrease my server network’s bandwidth during ./launcher rebuild.

So I run:

wondershaper -a eth0 -d 2048 -u 512
./launcher rebuild <container>
wondershaper -c -a eth0
