As I can see from the rebuild log, you are you upgrading from an old Discourse version?
To localize the problem, please upgrade Discourse first without any plugins (remove all the plugins declarations from app.yml).
Then, we can find out, whether the problem in the core or in a external plugin.
Another cause of the problem could be the exclamation sign ! in your password.
When I tested git clone command with your credentials manually, from Bash console, it gives me the error event not found.
After you will have upgraded Discourse core without any plugins and will confirm it is working, please change your password on code.dmitry-fedyuk.com: remove exclamation sign and try not use tricky symbols.

So I removed the plugins, rebuilt the app. The website came up, went to do an upgrade
Everything was already up to date.
Added your 2 plguins - df-core and realname
When I go the site, the site title and fav icon loads and that’s it.

Any chance of creating a plugin that allows for a custom html/text header in the email notifications like a company logo? I’d also like to see a way to remove some/all of the links on the bottom of the email notifications too.
